·       Job Description :-

        Sales Generation:

·         Source new leads and acquire customers for home loan products through various channels – field visits, cold calls, referrals, builder tie-ups, etc.

·         Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

        Compliance:

·         Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical practices in all sales activities.

Documentation & Processing:

·         Guide customers through the loan application process.

·         Ensure accurate collection and verification of required documents.

·         Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursal.

Customer Relationship Management:

·         Understand customer needs and provide appropriate housing loan solutions.

·         Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

Key Requirements:

·         Education: Graduate in any discipline. (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus)

·         Experience: 1–3 years in sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, NBFC, or banking. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Skills:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills

·         Ability to work independently and in a team

·         Familiarity with local real estate market is an advantage
