Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GIS technologies, spatial data analysis, and project management. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing GIS projects and solutions that support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain GIS applications, tools, and spatial databases.

Collect, analyze, and interpret geographic data to create maps, reports, and visualizations that support strategic initiatives.

Lead GIS project execution from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, engineering, and IT to integrate GIS solutions.

Conduct spatial data modeling, data validation, and quality control processes.

Train and mentor junior GIS staff and users on GIS tools and best practices.

Stay updated on emerging GIS technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Prepare technical documentation, including GIS data standards, workflows, and project reports.

Support decision-making by providing spatial insights and geographic intelligence to business units.

Troubleshoot and resolve GIS system issues and provide technical support.

Post graduate degree in GIS or related subject OR BE/B. Tech in CS/ EC and / Information Technology OR MCA
