to oversee development teams and deliver high-quality, scalable software
solutions. You will drive architecture, lead development efforts, and mentor
engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core,
Web API, EF Core) Design, build, and maintain scalable applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps) Guide and mentor junior developers Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices Drive cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred)

| Qualification Description | BE / B. Tech or PG in lT / CS or equivalent |
| Experience Description | 10 years of professional Application
Development work experience in Web and Client Server environment, with an emphasis
on full life-cycle systems development including systems design, development,
and maintenance/ support. 6+ year or experience as senior software
developer / team lead position.
Work experience must span over 4 IT
assignments as Tech Lead. Candidates with experience in handling the team of at
least 6 members building high performing, scalable, enterprise-grade application. |
