To support quality monitoring and improvement of healthcare services through systematic data collection, compilation, analysis, reporting, and field-level monitoring. To strengthen quality indicators, support evidence-based decision-making, and coordinate with district, regional, and state-level teams for continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.

Any Regular Graduate and Masters’ Degree in Public Health/ Health Administration/ Health Management/ Hospital Administration/ Hospital Management from recognized university/ institute.

OR

Any Regular Graduate and Two year's Diploma in Public Health/ Health Administration/ Health Management/ Hospital Administration/ Hospital Management from recognized university/ institute

- Demonstrable Proficiency in use of MS – Office

- Knowledge of written and typing skills in English

·     Collection and compilation of data from various sources- Census, Surveys, and reports, etc. at District level and reporting to SQAC/ SQAU.

·     To develop a system of monthly reporting of Quality indicators from all the facilities in the district/ region and reporting it to the State.

·     Collection/collation/Analysis and Review of Key performance indicators and health care data and dissemination of findings to DQAC/ region and facilities.

·     To regularly update SQAC of emerging and changing trends.

·     To conduct trainings on how to use data for informed decision making and planning. How to implement Statistical techniques e.g. Statistical Process Control, measure of variance, reducing defects and errors for quality improvement.

·     Monitoring of recording/reporting system through field visits and submit the visit reports with appropriate suggestions/actions for improvement.

·     To provide necessary statistical support to SQAC and DQAC or at regional level.
