To provide legal support and consultation to the State Health Society on PCPNDT-related matters, agreements, MOUs, contracts, RTI matters, and other legal issues. To ensure effective coordination with state and district-level authorities and support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Masters’ in Law 

01 year of relevant working experience

·         Providing all legal consultations on various matter, MOUs, Agreements and Contract etc.

·         Supporting and coordination the legal aspects of PCPNDT Act. At the state level and District Level.

·         Support to state Health Society office in drafting MOU’s and in replies under RTI Act

·         Coordination with DPMU, BPMU and GoI.

Any other task as assigned by the competent authority.
