System (HMIS). • Experience in patient counselling/public
dealing. • Certification in computer applications. • Certificate course in PMAM. |

| Benefit Description | Roles and Responsibilities The selected candidates shall perform duties including,
but not limited to, the following: • Beneficiary identification and verification
under PM-JAY. • Patient registration and documentation. • Assistance in e-KYC and beneficiary
authentication. • Coordination with treating departments. • Facilitation of pre-authorisation and claim
documentation. • Patient counselling. • Data entry and record maintenance. • Coordination with State Health Agency/NHA. • Any other work assigned by the Competent Authority. |
