| About Position | (1-year Contract with yearly extension based on performance) Job Description:- 1.Dispense of prescriptions medication. 2. Ensure safety and efficacy. 3. Provide information to the patient about their medications & their uses. harmacist 4. Provide information to physicians about availability of medicine in our hospital (By Updating medicine s availability list two times in a month) 5. Provide information about non availability medicines list in every week. 6. Maintaining stock (manual) of sub store opd pharmacy. 7. Indent of medicine for OPD pharmacy from main store. 8. Checking local purchase bill. 9. Maintain local purchase requisition of ward and other department and supply medicines to respective department as per requirement. 10. Maintain main medical store and supplies medicine to wards and another department. 11. Other than Burnpur Hospital we also have maintained two dispensaries like OHS & CD dispensary. 12. Maintain Expiry medicine register 13. Maintaining proper record and updated inventory 14. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time |
