| About Position | The Senior Agribusiness Expert will play a strategic leadership role in planning, implementing, and monitoring agriculture value chain projects under the PIU-VSTF framework. The position focuses on strengthening Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in specific agricultural commodities and ensuring impactful outcomes at the grassroots (last-mile level). |

| Qualification Description | Maste's in Management Studies preferably Marketing / Agribusiness/ Development Studies/Social Sciences/or a closely related field with relative work in Agriculture Value Chain from any Govt. recognize University/Institutions. |

| Experience Description | Minimum 15- 17 years of experience in agriculture sector with the projects lead by state or central government for Public-Private partnership in specific commodity value chain. The experience in government as well as private sector/Academics for implementing projects that has last mile impact is more preferable. More suitably a wide range of working experience in Agri or Agri processing/R&D is necessary that includes the designing, implementing and monitoring of initiatives related to specific commodities with active role of private partners to address the issues of different stakeholders in that value chain. Must have occupied various senior positions in the state of Maharashtra, mostly linked to the field of Agriculture. Preference will be given to the candidate having experience of working in the World Bank Internationally Aided project at Project Management level |

| Benefit Description | 1. सीबीओंचे प्राथमिक मान्यतेचे प्रस्तावाकरिता जिल्हास्तरीय अधिकारी यांना मार्गदर्शन करून भौतिक लक्षांक साध्य होतील याबाबत दक्षता घेतील. 2. प्राथमिक मान्यता दिलेल्या सीबीओंचे सविस्तर प्रकल्प अहवाल तयार करणेकरिता जिल्हास्तरीय अधिकारी व सीबीओ यांना मार्गदर्शन करून भौतिक लक्षांक साध्य होईल याबाबत दक्षता घेतील. 3. सादर करण्यात आलेल्या सविस्तर प्रकल्प अहवालांची मार्गदर्शक सूचनांनुसार छाननी करून पात्र प्रस्तावांची मंजुरीसाठी शिफारस करतील. 4. मंजूर सीबीओंना मंजूरी आदेश निर्गमित करण्याची कार्यवाही करतील. 5. मंजूर सीबीओंचे उपप्रकल्प अंमलबजावणीसाठी आरआययु व डीआययु यांचेशी समन्वय ठेवून कार्यवाही करतील. 6. प्रकल्पातील सीबीओंना वेळोवेळी भेटी देवून प्रगतीबाबत आढावा घेतील. तसेच आर्थिक लक्षांक साध्य होण्याच्या दृष्टीने कामकाज करतील. 7. सीबीओंच्या अनुदान मागणी प्रस्तावांची प्रकल्प मार्गदर्शन सूचनांनुसार छाननी करून पात्र सीबीओंना अनुदान वितरणाची कार्यवाही करतील. 8. सीबीओंसाठी आवश्यक बाजार जोडणी, तांत्रिक कार्यशाळा, ई. चे आयोजन करतील. 9. नाविन्यपूर्ण पूरक उपप्रकल्प अंमलबजावणीसाठी सीबीओंना मार्गदर्शन करून सहाय्य करतील. 10. सीबीओंना उपप्रकल्प अंमलबाजावणीच्या प्रत्येक टप्प्यावर मार्गदर्शन करतील. 11. प्रकल्पामध्ये होत असलेल्या पिक विकास परिषदा स्थापना व प्रगतीबाबत सहकार्य करतील. 12. प्रकल्पात नियुक्त केलेल्या तांत्रिक सेवापुरवठा दारासमवेत (TSP) समन्वय ठेवून डेलीव्हरेबल्स नुसार कामकाज होणेसाठी सहाय्य करतील. 13. आवश्यकतेनुसार PCMU स्तरावर आणि महाराष्ट्र सरकारच्या आयोजित प्रमुख बैठकांना उपस्थित राहतील. प्रकल्पाशी संबंधित पीआययु प्रमुख आणि PCMU यांनी दिलेली कोणतीही जबाबदारी पूर्ण करतील. |
