| Experience Description | Minimum 03 years experience of which 2 years in Accounting with Tally Software. Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in World Bank or externally aided project and having good typing skill of English & Marathi. |

1. वरिष्ठ कार्यालयास आवश्यकतेनुसार कृति आराखडा तसेच अंदाजपत्रक सादर करणे 2. प्रकल्पाशी निगडीत खर्च तसेच अनुदान या बाबतच्या नोंदी Tally Software मध्ये घेणे 3. प्रकल्पाचे लेखा दस्तऐवज (Books of Accounts) तयार करून वेळोवेळी अद्यावत करणे 4. वेळोवेळी Tally Software मध्ये बँक ताळमेळ घेणे 5. लेखाविषयक बाबींची नोंद MIS प्रणालीमध्ये घेणे उदा.Budget, Expenditure, Audit Para Compliances इ. 6. अंतर्गत व बाह्य लेखापरिक्षकांना लेखापरिक्षणाकरीता लेखाविषयक दस्तऐवज उपलब्ध करून देणे. लेखापरिक्षणामध्ये उपस्थित आक्षेपांना तांत्रिक/प्रशासकीय/संपादन शाखेकडे अनुपालनासंबंधी पाठपुरावा करून MIS प्रणालीमध्ये अनुपालन अहवाल अद्यावत करणे. लेखापरिक्षक तसेच वरिष्ठ कार्यालय यांचेशी समन्वय ठेवणे. 7. तांत्रिक/प्रशासकीय/संपादन शाखेकडून अदायगीकरीता येणारी देयकांची तपासणी करून मंजुरी प्राप्त झाल्यानंतर PFMS प्रणालीद्वारे अदायगी करणे 8. वैधानिक कपाती (Statutory Deductions for e.g.PT, IT, GST TDS) शासनास जमा करणे 9. Project Financial Statement (PFS) तसेच Interim Unaudited Financial Statement (IUFR) तयार करून तो वरिष्ठ कार्यालयास सादर करणे. |
