| Qualification Description | A Master’s degree in Engineering, Law, Finance, Business Management, Commerce, Agriculture - A certificate in WB/ ADB procurement procedure, issued by any reputed national / international agency |

| Experience Description | The candidate should have a minimum of 08 years of experience in procurement-related work in the cooperative sector/ government/ private sector/ NGOs, out of which at least 5 years of experience should be at the state level on projects funded by the World Bank or other international development agencies. The candidate should also have experience in working with the World Bank’s STEP system as well as e-tendering portals. |

प्रकल्पातील अधिकारी / कर्मचारी, समुदाय आधारीत संस्था यांना संपादन प्रक्रियेबाबत प्रशिक्षण देणे. 6. संपादन प्रक्रियेतील विविध प्रकारच्या घटकांसाठी निविदा दस्तऐवजाचे प्रारूप
तयार करणे. 7. प्रकल्पांतर्गत ई निविदा संकेतस्थळावर अधिका-याची वापरकर्ता म्हणून नोंदणी, तसेच GeM 8. पोर्टलवर अधिका-याची नोंदणी करणे. 9. प्रकल्प अंमलबजावणी कक्ष स्तरावर होणा-या संपादन प्रक्रियेमध्ये वित्तीय मर्यादेनुसार निविदा दस्तऐवज प्रारूप, तांत्रिक मूल्यमापन अहवाल व आर्थिक मूल्यमापन अहवाल,कार्यादेश/पुरवठा आदेश मसुदा या टप्यावर पूर्व मान्यता देणे. 10. प्रकल्पांतर्गतच्या संपदान प्रक्रियेच्या अनुषंगाने जागतिक बँक व प्रकल्प यांच्या मध्ये समन्वय साधने. |
