Selection Procedure :
- Only
Online Applications received on https://smartjobs.tnmhr.com will be
considered. You are advised to fill the online application properly.
- Screening
of all Online Applications received will be done.
- After
Screening, Group discussion / Personal Interview/Computer Test/Tally
Test/Typing Test will be conducted for Shortlisted Candidates.
- All
documents will be checked of Final Selected Candidates.
- The
above posts can be increased/ decreased anytime as per project requirement
.
Note -
- The
No. of Vacant positions & Work Locations may change as per Project
Requirement.
- The
Selection Procedure may Change as per Management Decision.
- We
will take your preferred location only for your preference , But Client
will depute selected candidates anywhere in Maharashtra State as per
Project requirements.
- The
Experience / Age shall be determined as on 01/02/2026.
- While
uploading experience Certificate in the online application form, only
upload Experience Certificates. We will not accept Offer
letter/Payslip/Appointment letters etc. as an experience.
- The
SMART project will give maximum 15% Hike on last drawn salary to selected
candidates & it limit up to their upper limit salary. The above
mentioned salary is Upper Limit salary for that post.it is not applicable
for consultant post.
TERMS & CONDITIONS -
- If
at any stage of the recruitment & selection process it is found that
the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or has provided
false/incorrect information/documents/certificates or has not provided any
relevant crucial information, his/her candidature will stand canceled. The
applicant may submit their online application as per their interest in the
vacancy. After submission of the online application, the candidate cannot
claim any employment.
