Job Description:

The Contractor Responsible Manager (CRM) or Project Manager is accountable for the overall management and execution of construction projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion, billing and ensuring projects are delivered and handed over to client on agreed time scale, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Project planning, strategy, execution and delivery

2. Quality and Safety Assurance

3. Schedule Management

4. Budget including local procurement Management

5. Compliance of project regulations and guidelines issued by client

6. Contract Management including change requests

7 Collaboration and communication with all Stakeholders (Client, Engineering. Design, Production and logistics)

& Project status reporting and raising flags in time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field with minimum 5 years of railway signaling experience.

OR Diploma in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Computer science etc.) with minimum 10 years of railway signaling experience.

Proven experience in railways construction management

Strong knowledge of construction processes and methods
